It asks me to sign in, I do, it says sign in successful but when I click on the icon it asks me to sign in again.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14247818, 4 years agoThe extension keeps logging me out. When I try to log back in it says it is successful but then it will not quick connect. I have to remove the extension and reinstall it for it to work. Seems like a lot of other people are having the same issues with the extension. The only way I feel comfortable knowing the VPN is working is when the extension shows it is active. Why have the extension if it is not going to work. This started happening about 2 weeks ago.

Desktop app works fine but this extension is utterly uselessDeveloper response

Just look at prior reviewers comments - same here - @#$%!
Automatic update now disabled - probably cruels my own chance of a fix, but hey f-it. I can't trust them to test their gear now. Damned I signed up for x3 years. Now I'd like to dump it and go to MulvadDeveloper response

Update: Basically, at least once a week. I need to re-login, disable, uninstall, restart FireFox, reinstall, etc. until it decides to work again and let me log-in. It's not consistent. It works when it wants to basically.Developer response

When I click on the extension it asks me to log in. When I click on it, a small window opens where I can log in. After the successful login a message appears that I can close the small window now. But nothing has changed. When I click on the extension again, the same thing happens. I am asked again and again to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension several times. Always the same bug.

- Rated 1 out of 5by WhatTheHellOfAVPN, 4 years agoSeriously bad, just like the Windows app. On the cellphone it is slightly better. This add-on simply does not work (most of the servers keep loading, then it creates a lot of problems with the logging in and logging out). They will probably respond to this review saying the same crap, hence I will not bother anymore and will pass to another service.

When logged out it will not even allow logging back in, just says something went wrong. Requires removing and re-adding the add-on.

You have to keep disabling it in order to browse the internet, which defeats the entire point of having it. I requested a refund and they gave me the run around until it was past the "refund window" and then told me sorry but its to late. Absolute rip off, stay away.

I recommend to use different VPN provider if you want to use Firefox add-on.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15903670, 4 years agoConstant disconnects Browser app and computer apps fail and sometimes computer just disappears! and will not let me connect to internet without a restart! Not trusted! Currently is won't sign in just spins! Reinstalled and same issue!
