Since a few weeks it stopped working on Firefox when a VPN is turned on.
Tested with different sites, no chance ! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17303524, 3 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by CHH, 3 years agothey required me to install a second program for the app to work, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having an in-browser app. then they put a big QR code in the middle of the video so i cant even watch it after downloading it and have to pay to remove it. none of this is mentioned anywhere??? it also made two of three videos i downlaoded into webpages insteadof mp4? pointless. it also makes my laptoop run REALLY hot

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13497056, 3 years agoVDH Will install in the newest Netscape, (on Win 10), but it wont install ihe icon on the toolbar to have it work.
I depend on it now I'm at a loss.
It's also lot listed in the group of drag and drop icons. - Rated 1 out of 5by ErskineP, 3 years agoIt doesn't work when you first install it, then tells you to download some other app, then still doesn't work - cannot detect any media playing. FAQ/support is snide and condescending. Plenty of other addons do this better, with no need to download anything, far better success downloading videos, and friendly support. Why is this recommended by mozilla?

- Rated 1 out of 5by MRL, 3 years agoWon't download most files without an external app, which isn't mentioned in description. After downloading and spending 30+ min converting, it then informs you it has put a QR code watermark on the video (again, not mentioned anywhere prior.) Complete bait and switch.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12877598, 3 years agoWORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP. You CANNOT leave the current active window or it interrupts the downloading process! PI** POOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING!!!
- Rated 1 out of 5by TotalEntropy, 3 years agoThis addon sucks up memory during YouTube live steams. Until this is fixed I have to disable it and give it 1 star.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17278752, 3 years agoDescribtion hides the fact that you need to install additional software. Then it tells you to get a licence ... just don't ...
