- Rated 1 out of 5by Maverick, 3 years agoSo before it was working ok, it was hard to figure out which clip to download if you watched many, but now you need to install some software on your PC? WHAT? No thanks
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16558401, 3 years agoNeedlessly hard to use, including the necessity of downloading a helper application for several features. Used to be first in class, now it's a mess. Do not recommend this at all.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Robot, 3 years agoSuch garbage. Don't bother with this. They're going to make you jump through so many hoops just to get any use.
First, you can't use it natively in the browser. You need to install a separate app just to download the videos. Oh, and god forbid you want to convert said video. Then they'll put a nasty watermark until you pay their exorbitant fee for the "conversion" license.
It would be one thing if they were up front about this stuff, but they only reveal this stuff in bits and pieces as you get further and further in the process.
At this point, a malware-infested youtube downloader site seems a more attractive option.
Or just use VLC, like I should have in the first place. - Rated 1 out of 5by shot#two, 3 years agoVideo DownloadHelper,

now thats very true , works every time , very impressive..
converts a perfectly good video with audio and as if by magic, hey presto , its a white rectangle thumbnail file . no longer plays, gibberish properties , not playable or recognised by microsoft store , nero , even vlc (does a orange and white cone count ?)

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16021297, 3 years agoUseless. Kept demanding I download a MacOS helper function which I did but when trying to save it just kept asking me to download the helper function. Hopeless.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Álvaro, 3 years agoThey don't allow you to copy the links of the videos and put a QR Code in the video!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12253746, 3 years agoThe extension usually works fine.
Since a few weeks it stopped working on Firefox when a VPN is turned on.
Tested with different sites, no chance ! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17303524, 3 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by CHH, 3 years agothey required me to install a second program for the app to work, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having an in-browser app. then they put a big QR code in the middle of the video so i cant even watch it after downloading it and have to pay to remove it. none of this is mentioned anywhere??? it also made two of three videos i downlaoded into webpages insteadof mp4? pointless. it also makes my laptoop run REALLY hot
