+ it is able to download from almost any web source
- it always converts a video, even where it is not necessary (takes a lot of time)
- huge watermark in longer videos

I have used this a long time and found it very useful and easy to us. Occassionally I have had problems when the icon at the top does not light up as ready to download and also incomplete downloads but I put it down to the video/ malware/ virus protection ??
