Great app. It's the easiest I know of de downloading videos. The drop down ;list of videos I find very confusing however and it causes me to often download many copies of the same video

This, combined with FoxyTab and a simple Autohotkey script, made a batch downloading task I had to do take 20 minutes instead of several hours.
My only complaint is not being able to change the default download directory when using quick download action from context menu. Don't know if that can be done using the external download client, but I don't care as I won't be installing it; the functionality should be in-browser.

Video DownloadHelper has the best results of any addon I've tried so far, with about a 90-95% success rate. It can be a little quirky - sometimes it lets me pick which download method to use (which is what I set it to do) and sometimes it just picks one for me. I haven't really explored all the options, but it's worked well for me.

This program is outstanding for downloading videos there were a few bugs when they tried improving it but those were worked out and it is great!

My Android media player attached to my (big) TV doesn't list a lot of available YouTube videos like Firefox does, so I use Video DownloadHelper to put them on a flash drive. Now I don't have to sit bolt upright in an office chair to watch an hour of video - thank you

Having a tool to save short training videos has proven to be immensely valuable, especially when I want to review material on the move. Sometimes the list of file types and quality can be a bit confusing but I have managed so far. Highly recommended.

I've always loved Downloader Helper. It's so easy I just R click and point... and it does its thing. I just recently found it so still learning about all the available features.

I find this a very useful facility. I struggled slightly to understand how to use choose the options which are best for me - a less technical explanation would help - but overall results have been excellent. I rarely have time to watch/listen to things when they are on, so it allows me to save them for later and watch more than once if I want to.
