Horrible experience, ugly, bad GUI, videos downloaded corrupted, and asking money AFTER video downloaded to remove watermark from video that wasn't even playable. I remember this extension to be one of best for video downloading, now its just unusable junk.

Unbelievable that there is a recommended by firefox add on that doesn't work on its own and ask you to download something outside of the add on pages...
Simple put it doesn't work and ask you to download something else, suspicious at best.

Did not detect video's. Only detects it on YouTube.

This was a great and frequently used add-on on my older OSX system. On OSX Catalina however, it has not been possible to install properly. VDH does not recognize the helper app even though it is present in applications folder and I am promptded to install it again everytime I try to use the app.

Didn't work for me. I'm downloading a 1 hour video tho. I don't know if it will work for short videos, but it's simply just didn't work for my case
