- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13499998, 7 years agoThis used to be a brilliant add-on. I don't know if it's because of upgrades and changes to Firefox, YouTube/Google, or Windows, but it's become a total resource whore. Blocking more than a few YouTube channels sends Disc usage to 100%, memory goes through the roof - up to 97% - and my computer freezes completely until I go to Task Manager and end Firefox which is eating all the memory it can. I can watch it going from, say, 111MB and slowly climbing to up past the 2,900MB mark. YouTube give me there error message saying a Firefox app is the problem. Video Blocker is always the culprit.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13435897, 7 years agoStill freezes the browser when you click on a blacklisted video. I'm sorry but If i deliberately clicked on a video I'm pretty sure I want to watch it, I should not be punished if I want to watch that one interesting video on an otherwise useless channel

- Rated 1 out of 5by magicmushrooms, 8 years agoFirst of all Mr Lemonrice the Video Blocker add on was a great thing when it worked properly but now although it states that it's compatible with FF 57 ( FF Quantum 57 beta 4 version ) and up it's not working and once again i am flooded with mamma and papas vloggers kids annoying videos in try and just wanting and waiting for you to find a solution out of this blackout situation so VB can once again be called great and useful add on and i as a user continue to watch yt in civilized manner with mention fart squadron channels blocked and tucked somewhere far away in the emptiness of the network
- Rated 1 out of 5by HedgehogInTheCPP, 8 years agoThe extension does not work. However, at the same time bothers with huge messages.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Alex Reynard, 8 years agoVideo Blocker has been one of my absolute favorite addons ever. It did exactly what it said (even if accidentally being linked to a blocked-title video did crash Firefox). But after Firefox's last update, it has stopped working completely. I'm being flooded with all the utter garbage that reminds me why I wanted Video Blocker so much in the first place. It's nearing a month now and they haven't fixed it. Maybe this will send a message. I'm sorry.
- Rated 1 out of 5by micameyer, 8 years agoI spent weeks adding channels I do not want to view on Youtube, now with the terrible new Youtube layout I cannot use this app. I am seeing all the annoying channels I blocked.
Please fix this app because I am not going to use the new clunky slow Youtube layout. - Rated 1 out of 5by rohithjyo, 8 years agoIt is used to work quite well. Suddenly, just stopped for no reason.
- Rated 1 out of 5by JimboBkk, 8 years agoDoes not WORK! Just downloaded this thing 06/02/2018 and I cannot block any if not all videos on YouTube.
- Rated 1 out of 5by purewood553, 8 years agoUsed to work, then it stopped. Tried re-installing, and although there are no error messages, it does not seem to block anything even when I use the manual method, and even if I try each of the options. Can't find anything in community support about it either. Thanks, and I will check back from time to time to see if there is a new version.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Foxe, 8 years agoI was under the impression that this worked. I was sadly mistaken. All I want is to block all videos with the keyword "react" in the title. Why hasn't anyone made something that works like this?
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13260046, 8 years agoПерестал работать, не добавляются каналы в блокировку. Ноль реакции.
