- Rated 5 out of 5by nepetum_seed, 16 hours agoSuperb addon but it lacks some features:
- unround corners of player and thumbnails
- semitransparent gray overlay with text "watched" for watched videos' thumbnails (like in AdashimaaTube userstyle) because dimming hurts
- turn on/off codecs av1 vp9 avc (like in Improve YouTube)
- prefer 30fps video track over 60fps, sdr over hdr
- apply audio processing changes only to current video and return to user-defined defaults in next video
- restore old animated thumbnail previews when inline playback is disabled (like in Restore animated thumbnail previews script)
- currently active audio processing options in Video Playback Info
- mirror horizontally in video filters - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13718594, 2 days agoOnly feature I wanted was to display more vid thumbnails as Youtube has reduced them to 3. Youtube is so STUPID!! This does not overcome the default formatting limiting the display. After install and several page refreshes 6 place holders display in gray for a split second....then loads the restricted giant 3.
Update: I believe I did enable the "Custom Rich Grid Layout"....can't say with 100% certainty. But I can say I installed a different add on, selected 6 wide for my grid and refreshed Youtube and it worked 1st time. No extra steps, no hidden toggles, etc. You may have a great add on....but spending hours or days trying different "features" to achieve my needed result is not time I'm willing to spend. If enabling another toggle is required you should have them linked or noted.Developer response
posted 2 days agoDid you enable the "Custom Rich Grid Layout" feature? It's disabled by default. Just setting the "Items Per Row" option is not going to do anything if the feature is disabled. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18944133, 8 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by limti, a month agoThis addon is a game-changer! It delivers the long-awaited features I've wanted on YouTube, including subtitle search, zen mode, Shorts integration into the regular player, and convenient right-click actions. It's clear the developer understands user needs, as these features are as useful as those in their Video Dominator addon. InzkDev, you've done it again!
- Rated 5 out of 5by davidguy207, a month agoWould love to see a overlay feature for the interaction zones. As it's sometimes hard to remember what area does what.

Would you add saturation setting? I need higher contrast + lower saturation, so now if i set higher contrast, saturation gets too high, some times faces are too yellow.
Otherwise would you recommend some other addon that gives saturation tweaking and doesnt interfere with your addon?
UPD Theres saturation tweaking now! Thank you so much!Developer response
posted 2 months agoI added a new option for saturation (under Video Filters), and it will be available in the next v3.76.0, which should be released in the next week. - Rated 5 out of 5by Gorth, 2 months agoNow that Enhancer has been left to rot thank you for a viable alternative.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17582120, 2 months agoReally nice extension just wish it had an option to have an icon for audio boost, screenshot, and playlist autoplay. Also wish it had an option to both save screenshot and copy to clipboard with one action.
Another thing I just noticed is that audio boost is global. It's only useful for me if it is per video.Developer response
posted 2 months agoThe 'Disable Autoplay In Playlist' feature is now fixed in v3.75.1. Thanks for reporting this issue! I'll add an action to both save and copy a screenshot in the next version. - Rated 5 out of 5by Lisa, 2 months agoI've been using this extension for years for the custom keyboard shortcuts, and am now putting the comments in the sidebar and scrolling through them as I watch the video, along with browsing recommended vids the same way. Also, you can disable auto play in playlists. I freaking love this extension.

- Rated 4 out of 5by er_JuLi3v2, 3 months agoThe extension is good, but needs some changes for the 5 stars. Changes such as adding audio boost icon, screenshot icon, cinema mode icon, etc. to player controls and not having to use keyboard shortcuts such as other extensions such as "Enhancer for YouTube."

- Rated 5 out of 5by noraef, 3 months agoSuch an absolutely great extension, and completely baffling that it has so few users. As opposed to the most used youtube extensions, that one is fast, not buggy and has plenty of features (the most used lacks the latter, the second most used lacks the two formers). Thanks so much: you made youtube really more usable!
Edit: first problem I've had is it doesn't remember going into theater mode so well, so I've had to add the extension Theater Mode for YouTube. It'd be best if Tweaks for Youtube could do that well on its own, but with that added extension, it's OK.
Edit 2: thanks, I was convinced I had it checked, but I must have had it mixed up when playing with the settings- works great when checked, as you said!Developer response
posted 3 months agoThanks for the review! Have you tried setting the "Video View - Start New Video In" option (the first option in Popup > Preferences) to "Cinema Mode"? - Rated 5 out of 5by lee terry, 3 months agoI found this after someone mentioned it could stop the scroll down annoyance with space bar scrolling on youtube (set the keybind for pause to space in this to fix it). I thought I would need to switch to chrome but was glad to learn that is not the case.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Сырное, 3 months agothanks to incompetent people and apple products(?) and the lack of monitors or headphones for sound mixing, we get artificially boosted low frequencies - for that alone, this extension is worth installing in your browser. it would be great to expand these settings to individual channels. the second best thing is that this extension doesn’t make page rendering in firefox freak out!
