About this extension

A Monaco-based code viewer and lite-editor for the web that runs locally in the browser as an extension. Tachi Code opens automatically when you visit open a raw code file, so you never have to leave the browser to view code files with syntax highlighting and validation (for languages supported by Monaco).

You can also create a new file from the extension's popup menu, which will open Tachi Code in a new tab.

Developer comments

Make sure to save any edits before navigating away from Tachi Code. Tachi Code does not currently store your data anywhere (local and session storage option coming soon).
