Sometime it does not enter the password when I click on the login. It does not seem to handle or recognise popup windows and does nothing, even the the URL has been recognised. A number of web pages use a popup for login purposes. - Rated 5 out of 5by Volker1967, 7 years ago

I do have some problems with my mobile android devices, but it works great with all my other PCs and browsers, sometimes being one step ahead of me. I'd give it a full 5 stars if I could get it to work on my androids.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13613736, 7 years agoI have been a longtime user of the product. This latest versions integrates very easily into the new Mozilla browser yet still retains a form of the desktop password manager for applications. Very helpful in my business use.

In the beginning, if you have used a password manager before, you need to sync the information from your password manager to RoboForm manager. It looks a lot harder than it really is, simply follow the instructions and it will sync. Take your time reading the instructions for syncing, it will be much easier once you understand how to sync. Bottom line, I really like RoboForm and the annual pricing is cheaper than Last Pass, which I have used for over 7 years. I trialed tested RoboForm before I purchased the product. It worked well and I was using both Last Pass and RoboForm at the same time. I still have time left on my Last Pass subscription and will not delete the program, until the last day. I still have some passwords on Last Pass that I do need to double check to see if they are on RoboForm. I did sync but I just need to double check everything. I recommend RoboForm - Try the trial for 30 days and see for yourself.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13594341, 7 years agoEverytime that there is an update things go wrong. i always resist updating but did so by accident and sure enough they change and ruin things. now you cannot get the bar in the task bar where it used to be and where i want it. its a shame they pay engineers and coders and others to ruin a good product rather than provide additional functions or just leave it alone.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 12724962, 7 years agoThe major problem I see with Roboform lower toolbar is it covers up the Foxfire status bar where link URLs are normally displayed. This is a significant problem as viewing the link URL before clicking on it is a security feature of Firefox. The Roboform lower toolbar must be closed to see the Foxfire status bar and while closing the toolbar takes one click, it takes three clicks to open it up again.
