by Firefox user 16418872, 2 years agoDoesn't have autofill which makes is dealbreaker considering it's one of the core features that every other password manager already has.
To make it worse, they use the term "autofill" to describe their difinitively MANUAL method of entering credentials. It's misleading, and confusing. I even wasted two days communicating with their customer support in a frustrating back-and-forth because they don't understand what "autofill" means.

posted 2 years agoCan you elaborate on what exactly you're referring to by 'autofill' so we make sure there are no misunderstandings?
Autofill should work on most websites (by suggesting your saved login items for a particular website when you go to log into that website) the same way that your memorized passwords in your browser might work.
We're working on improving the autofill functionality for all web services reported by our community. Please feel free to flag any problematic web services or apps to us either by editing your review or by contacting us at pass@protonme.zendesk.com, and we'll note your feedback for future improvements. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16500687, 2 days agoProton as a whole has been an incredible saviour since signing up with them a couple of years ago. Proton Pass is a fantastic tool to use across Desktop and mobile devices, browsers and dedicated app. All work seamlessly for me and I no longer fear forgetting a password!
The Firefox plugin and ability to autofill on a web page is slick and just works, it saves time and effort dipping in and out of a web browser especially on a mobile device to get a password. Great Job Proton! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13997839, 3 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by notisln, 3 days agoIt works almost perfectly. There are a few websited though, in which only the username/email gets filled in and not the password so I have to copy and paste it but it's not a big deal.
