- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13671233, 7 years agoI am going to post a neutral rating. The add-on is fine in principle, but over the past week, with several tabs open, things have come to a shuddering halt, with eventually a note that Firefox is not responding and that a script (which one?) is causing the computer to go slow. Wit's end stuff, but eventually I navigated my way to the Add-ons Manager and saw the other comments. I note the update on 27 December, which possibly is when things started going backwards. I have disabled the add-on, and for the moment things are OK. I hope this gets sorted because the principle was good. Thanks.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13602804, 7 years agoevery time a new release of foxfire is installed there are problems with identity safe.
I try I.E and it works fine.
Very frustrating and makes it practically unusable.
Also cannot paste data into Identity safe to ease the set up of new addresses. - Rated 1 out of 5by inlandcdragon, 7 years agoWon't show Login-Name/E-mail OR-Password OR-ACTIVATE 'AT-ALL'! -Over Half-the-Time. -WORSE!! -4: '2-Page Sign-Ins' -Also. -Totally-A: -WWoT [-Worthless-Waste-of-Time]

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13550745, 7 years agoThe "my vault " button at the bottom of the drop down menu in the toolbar, will only work once after restart and appears to be treated as a popup or malware site after that initial usage. It does come up but is immediately killed like a popup. I am running 57.0.1( 64 bit ) with win 10 version 1709 on a dell inspiron 15 .
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13541548, 7 years agoThis will not let me edit my passwords. I have to go into Chrome in order to open the vault to change the password.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13538754, 7 years agoNorton Identity Safe do not work with Version 57 in a simple way as with Chrome. Do not identify multiple Logins for one website. One click login is not possible - > so firefox is useless in this matter. I have to go with Chrome as long as this is not fixed :-(
I hope Mozilla and Symantec can fix this asap. Perhaps i have to switch from Symantec to another password keeper which works with Firefox. - Rated 2 out of 5by Tuxedo Will, 7 years agoSince Version 2, you can not paste in your Norton password to unlock the vault. Loss of this ability is very annoying. It really slows things down considering that the unlock password is needed at every start of Firefox (unlike IE). Please enable the unlock password field to accept Paste and/or CTRL-V! Meanwhile, I'm stuck using Version 2.3.0.24. :(
