Maybe it's just me. The right click "Add Domain" worked great for a while, then it stopped working. So I went back to adding rules manually again. Otherwise it's a great add on, I'm grateful to the current developer, thank you for your great work.

Update:
I can't create new issues. Github said "This repository has been archived by the owner. It is now read-only."

Great add-on, but there seems to be some issue with Western language texts since 2.1.5 release when 新同文堂 is asked to automatically convert 簡體字 to 繁體字: all apostrophes ' are turned into 』although the surrounding context has no 漢字. Maybe due to a regex ?

那邊不只是能夠輸入網址而已，而是可以輸入 regex 。
之後會考慮加註說明。

相當好用！但我有一個問題是，請問如果網頁的引號是 ‘ *** ‘，這種前後相同的引號要如何轉換成「 *** 」呢？用自訂轉換他會視同一致轉換成「 *** 「或」 *** 」
