Keeps automatically changing language on me. Very annoying and there's no option to change it back.

Please send us more detailed feedback on the forum at https://forum.languagetool.org/. Generally, the language detection should work well once it has enough text (>15 characters or so).

Wenn sie immer funktonieren würde könnte ich mir überlegen dafür zu bezahlen. Nachdem das leider nicht so ist, sehe ich nicht ein auch nur 1 Cent dafür auszugeben
