Introduction to Kumquat and Kumquat Browser Extension
This document addresses how we collect and protect your personal information when you use our browser extension (called also "Services" in the rest of this document).
Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with our extension.
All data is stored in local device storage. All data we collect is stored in a MySQL database on a secure Amazon Web Services server.

What data we may collect
URL’s of myworkdayjobs.com, greenhouse.io, lever.co, and taleo.net URLs.
Using Google Analytics we collect information about what Kumquat pages you access, information about your device (such as device or browser type), information you send us (such as an email address used to register or communicate with us), and referral information.

Personal Data
The only personal data we may store are those available on the “Edit Profile” feature. Setting them is not necessary and it's up to you whether you provide us with those data. They are used for the feature "Autofill Application".
Kumquat Browser Extension does not save any form without permission of the user. Forms are saved under two conditions:
User has enabled Kumquat extension
User uses "Save Profile" button
Saved forms can be removed or edited at any time by resubmitting an empty form.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Kumquat does not use any first party cookies. Third-party services that we use such as Google Analytics may place their own cookies in your browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by Kumquat only and not the use of cookies by third parties.

Changes to this Policy
Kumquat may periodically update this Policy. We’ll notify you about significant changes to it. The most current version of the policy will always be here.
