I love this app. It works great and when things break, the developers are quick with their fixes.

I want to give Dishita and the team kudos for doing what they do. This is simply the best and easiest to use video downloader for YT. Unfortunately Google really tries hard to make their lives impossible, so the effort to give us such a high quality product is that much more appreciated.

Im not certain if im being joshed aroun or this is complete coincidence .i havent used an add-on for many years but today thought i might see if i could find an MP3 downloader for personal use.Tried this and when i went to download as an MP3 of You Tube got this message:-
Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. Read more at - https://videodroid.org/pro_upgrade.html. FREE users can download all formats in CACHE where some PRO users fetched the video/audio in past 24 hours, to test the feature you can try downloading popular videos.

when i returned to the video downpoader site, by complete coincidence they seem to have needed to update from 29.04.2024, the very date i downloaded the add-on-coincidence, bad luck or something else going on?
be delighted to hear if im being suckered into something or going down my own rabbit hole here?

I use downloader because of my slow internet connection with limited data the watching of video's online is impossible. I can use downloader to download videos to my laptop during the free time late night and watch without buffering later. I really enjoy "How Too's" while working on or building a project when I need it. Thanks for your effort, I will continue to support your efforts.

Following the recent changes on Youtube, I've just upgraded to Pro on 2 accounts, and yes, unfortunately it is currently broken. However, I have been supporting and using the EYVD for many years in personal use for downloading instructional videos etc., and have found it brilliant over this time. Even though it's currently broken, I have absolute faith in Dishita's development team and continue to support them all during this challenging time. For their efforts in trying to bring a little joy to us, from those that want to keep it all to themselves - we salute you! Live Long :)

I totally love this app, there is nothing out there that is as good as this to be able to download content for watching offline. Also great to test out music to remix as a dj before you buy the higher res tunes. I love it!

This downloader works great most of the time, the times it does not work is by no fault of yours. Its a little annoying that it takes so long to fix but that is youtubes fault. Your doing great work so please keep it up.

Wonderful add-on which works perfectly and easy to use! Recently youtube changed system to stop downloads, I was surprised to see how quickly Dishita fixed this and updated his add-on. Diserves donations support :-)
