The purpose is very simple - it activates or deactivates the chat window in CR1 and CR2 games.
H key - shows or hides chat content. Enter key allows you to type and send messages. Chat is only possible during the game, currently there is no such possibility in the lobby. Only users with the extension installed can chat. Other players cannot see the chat content.
