broken again, still works in Chrome
update 2/2022 I've been using eno on FF ESR, but Mozilla ended support for the version of ESR I'm running, so I tried to install eno on the current release version of FF. As others have reported, it's completely broken, even with a capital one tab open with Adblock disabled. I don't understand why the 5-star Chrome version works perfectly and the FF version periodically fails completely.
I thought I was the only one having problems with signing in until I read all the other one-star reviews. The extension worked perfectly at first. Then I had to make an out-of-town trip and I made some changes in my contact info, but I never deleted my primary SMS phone. Now neither the extension nor online banking will recognize any of my contact numbers as legit and both online banking and eno completely lock me out after a couple tries at texting to a number that has been on file unchanged for a week. Tech support told me a) wait for the numbers to propogate through the system (they never did) and b) to uninstall and reinstall the extension, which made things even worse because uninstalling wiped out all the user data stored in my Firefox profile and since the extension doesn't recognize my contact phone, it became useless. I restored my Firefox profile from a backup to regain partial access to eno functionality but as I am locked out of the system, I have to wait 24 hours to see if I can get the extension working in Chrome. Tech support claims that the problem is that I'm using my spouse's phone (same billing address, different name), but after reading all the one-star reviews with the same issue, I'm thinking they don't actually know what the problem is.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Steph P., 2 months agoI love the ease of generating virtual cards to secure my credit card information when checking out and tying them to vendors. Makes it easy to delete or deactivate cards when I don't trust a vendor.
- Rated 4 out of 5by jh, 3 months agoEno takes a lot of the anxiety out of providing credit information to online sales sites. It works on many sites but definitely not all. Sometimes it will not recognize the form fields. Also some websites seem to detect the extension and reject the Eno card number forcing the user back to the underlying card number. Overall it is a very good and handy extension that I use to increase security whenever it is available.
- Rated 5 out of 5by matt, 3 months agoThe extension itself is sometimes a little buggy, it'll get stuck and never get you a card, but it works 90% of the time and the other 10% I'll just log into the capital one website and do it myself

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18787261, 3 months agoIt's great to be able to create a virtual card specific to a merchant and set a purchase limit date so they can't bill beyond the purchase date.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Yonco, 3 months agoWorks great but I'd love it even more if they also add the choice of max $$ to be paid on each virtual card!
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18774542, 4 months agoOverall I am very happy with this and use it extensively. it works well.
Sometimes I have trouble getting it to open. It makes me log in every time -- even if I just used it a few minutes before. But overall I find it very useful and pretty seemless. - Rated 5 out of 5by SpareSimian, 4 months agoWorks fine with most websites. But didn't when I tried to renew my AAA membership. Probably misconfiguration between AAA and Chase that does their payment processing, resulting in the virtual card getting rejected.
- Rated 3 out of 5by RDP73667, 4 months agoIt's fantastic when it is working. Unfortunately, 50% of the time the app 'spins' when attempting to log into the account. When that happens, the app only displays a message that it is logging into account, but it never does.
