We are a privacy search engine.

We do not track your searches.

We do not sell your search data.

We do not retain your search history on our servers.

We may occassionally activate security logs to help protect our servers. These logs are encrypted and deleted within 24 hours. The only data retained is the ip adddress, query, and the browser user agent of the request. We only do this when we see unusual activity occuring.

ENCRYPTED CONNECTION

All of your connections to our servers are encrypted. This ensures that any bad actors sniffing can't intercept your search data.

COOKIES

When you use our service we make use of cookies to store your settings and preferences.

These cookies allow us to provide functionality and improve user experience.

For example, we use a cookie to store your preferred school so that you don't have to do it every time you visit us.

SHARING YOUR DATA

We do not sell your data or information.

In order to facilitate your searches we have to transmit information relating to your searches to external partners such as Mcirosoft.

The information transmitted to perform the search is the ip address, browser agent, and the search query.

What happens when you click on a link

Sponsored links are clearly labelled as such. We get paid if you show interest in those links and click on them. These links do direct to the advertising provider first and they do log that a link was clicked. This has to occur in order for us get paid when a sponsored link is clicked on.
